History:

He was chosen as the new era's 'Wave Warrior' to defend Atlantis and Earth by the ANCIENTS that live in a far distant galaxy in a city called 'Tashar', which is far more technologically advanced than Atlantis, her sister city.  Few are chosen through many milenia to be a 'Wave Warrior' in each galaxy.  He was chosen to defend Atlantis and Earth.  He is half human and half Atlantean.  He was raised by Atlanean Roylaty and Sirens, secretly, for most of his childhood and then trained in the secret services of Atlantis under the watchful eye of the High Priestess of Atlantis, Kaya.

Powers / Equipment:

Manipulate water - even a tidal wave; mimic any sea creatures abilities; super speed on water; mind control through vocalization; psychic empathy; and an Atlantean Martial Arts Expert.  He has a metal staff and necklace that are created by Tashar.  The necklace biogenetically fuses with Ty and gives him his super abilities.  He also has a metal rhombus shaped space ship that responds to his touch alone and it is a hybrid technology, Atlantean and Tasharan ... it is called 'Atilean'! (It is mentioned in the published book 'Tashar: City of Mystery' on page 120.)

Weaknesses:

Extreme heat causes his body to slightly reject the biochemistry involved in enhancing his body and super powers; and the constant pressure of protecting his sister, Tianna (www.myspace.com/WaterGoddessTianna) and others he cares about.
