Appearances:

The Hunter's first appearance was in "Traitor Within" where he captured Green Falcon.  Lord Phlegmis had hired him for the job.  The Hunter reappeared in "Bad Omen" where he and several other villains escaped the SVCF.

Powers / Equipment:

The Hunter has no "powers" save for he's extremely good at what he does.  He has collected a vast assortment of tools and technology to assist in hunting his marks.

Known gear:

Prefered weapon - Crossbow.

Utility Belt, Tranquilizer pistol, hunting knife

Sonic Paralizer - Uses subsonic tones to overload the targets hearing causing unconciousness.

Looks:

He has a camo outfit for every type of terrain and wears whatever is necessary for his current situation.  He also wears a specialized helm with a dark visor, its function is unknown.

Weaknesses:

Even with all his gizmos and gadgets, when it comes down to it, he has no super powers.
