History:

Joseph was just a regular guy. He was married and had a son. Then one day he bought his wife a ring at a pawn shop. This ring turned out to have magical powers. His son made a wish, wishing that they were superheroes. So, then it happened.

Powers / Equipment:

1) Flight: Shockwave is capable of flying at Mach 1.1 While flying, Shockwave’s body is covered in an orange sheath of energy.

2) Sonic Blast: Shockwave can scream so powerfully that the energy waves can demolish a three story, concrete building.

3) Heightened Hearing: Shockwave’s able to hear far above and bellow normal human limits. His hearing is also heightened to hear much further distances.

4) Mute Field: This ability allows Shockwave to make a 60 foot cube completely silent.

Weaknesses:

1) Mute Field Limitation: Using the Mute Field power keeps Shockwave from using his Sonic Blast or his Heightened Hearing.

2) Food Allergies: Shockwave is deathly allergic to certain foods. While he won’t share what foods those are, he’s very careful not to consume them.

3) Lost: Shockwave has awful direction sense. This often leads him to becoming lost in unfamiliar areas.

4) High Pitched Sounds: High pitched sounds, like dog whistles, cause Shockwave great pain. He becomes disoriented, and short tempered until the noise stops.
