History:
Known in his past to be a bookworm and general nerd, his suprise entrance into the superhero world has made him the most unlikely of superhero. Librarian, Adventurer, Crime-Fighter... It's now all in a day's work for the man now known as Professor Paper.
Powers / Equipment:
Professor Paper has the ability to manipulate the basic form of paper to his will. Allowing him to make it stop bullets, strengthen it to withstand fire or water, or even make objects and allow him to levitate. His options are endless.
As for equipment, he is known for his trusty tan and brown duster, loaded inside with pockets for his paper ammunition. He also has a modded brown waistcoat/vest that is weaved with an anti-ballistic fiber, and doubles as an inflatable flotation device in a pinch. The rest of his business style outfit is made from the same weave, consisting of black slacks, a white shirt, and red tie. He's also known for his thick black rimmed glasses, which he occasionally trades off with a good pair of goggles.
Weaknesses:
Sonic weaponry and powers are able to disrupt his ability to control paper due to the excessive vibration. Also he cannot work with soggy or waterlogged paper at all.
