Appearances:

Oddsmaker's first appearance was in Darkwind's story, "Traitor Within" where he was hired to capture The Green Gamer by Lord Phlegmis.  After succeeding in his mission, The Green Gamer, later returned to take vengeance along with all the other heroes and villians involved.  He later reappeared in "Bad Omen" where he along with several other villains escaped the SVCF.

Powers / Equipment:

Oddsmaker can control random chance, tipping the odds however he chooses.

Weaknesses:

He is extremely arrogant and is often over confident.  Complete sedation seems to be the only real way to stop his powers.  Oddsmaker has a habbit of pushing his luck too far, even with his powers.
