  Justice Served at EVERY exit!

History:

The the group itself is small, only consisting of three members. Hydro, the teams leader, Noir, the heavy hitter, and Blind Justice. New Jersey in itself is overrunn with threats of drugs, fights, gangs, and bomb threats. Pollution is at a high, and crime is becomming rough. Three free lance heros found themselves meeting up to stop a chemical dumper, and came to the realization they work well together.
