Neumon made his first appearance in "Krogodile Tears" where in an voodoo ritual took over the Governator's body.   He was later defeated by Krogodile with the assistance of Darkwind, Zombie Hunter Girl and Kryhavoc.

Neumon is a practitioner of Voundon Magic and has stores of materials scattered where necessary.  He often uses this magic to switch bodies in order to greater conceal his identity.  He is also undead which grants him the typical undead advantages.
