History:

Born in Calabria, Italy in 1872... Carmello Nuncio and his brothers immigrated to the U.S. in 1885.  By 1897, Carmello Nuncio had begun the start of his family’s rise to power through fear and intimidation having used his brothers simple tailor shop as a base of operations. It was Carmello who was credited with the organization of the first true Crime Family in Skiffytown and became known as Capo Primo.  He was murdered by his Consigliare, Antonio Castanello, who then replaced him in 1913.  Instead of moving on, Carmello's angry spirit stayed and waited... plotting.  Eventually, he learned to "whisper" into the ears of others... and eventually was able to orchestrate the rise of another crime family, the Ritrovatto's.

He was able to nudge the Ritrovatto Family into using the emerging population of Supers as enforcers and foot soldiers.  Eventually, a child... Vincent Ritrovatto was born, and Carmello formed a special bond with the child.  Eventually, he and the child began sharing Vincent's body... and Vincent spent more time outside of the body as a spirit.  It was was when Vincent was age 17, that he orchestrated (through Vincent) the event known as, "The Scruffytown Massacre" in which the entire Nuncio Crime Family was viciously wiped out. 

Over the next 17 years, Vincent/Carmello did what he had to, and eventually took over as the head of the Ritrovatto Crime Family... and eventually the entire underworld, as "Il Capo Primo".

Powers / Equipment:

He is a Spectral entity who feeds on the fears and weaknesses of others.  These emotions strengthen him and allow him to do feats of Supernatural strength, create unease, and even allow the Spirit of his companion Vincent Ritrovatto to physically coalesse on the mortal plane, allowing him to accomplish the same feats.  It should also be noted, that having "Lived" 136 years he is well versed in political strategy and "Mob Tactics" on top of having the collected knowledge of those years.

Weaknesses:

Without fear and weakness to feed on, he is only able to accomplish that which Vincent's body would normally do.
