Appearances:

In an appearance in "Traitor Within" Emo was part of a sinister plan, employed by Lord Phlegmis, to capture Drama Queen.  Emo reappeared in "Bad Omen" where she escaped captivity along with several other villains.  In "Final Showdown" Emo was used by the heroes of Skiffytown to help take down the Dark Agents of Upgrade.  She later ran from PASSION, who was seemingly becoming a mentor to her very fast.  This act lead her to become possessed by the Devoro that had controlled Dr. Sonya Victor, aka Upgrade, for years.

Looks:

Emo is a 14 year old girl.  She has black hair, black eyeliner, pale skin, spiked wristbands and dresses in jeans and a T-shirt of dark colors.  Her T-Shirt typically portrays her current favorite band.

Powers:

She can control the emotions of others within a limited range.  The number of people she can effect at a time does not seem to be limited.

Weaknesses:

Emo is a spoiled little brat.  As a young adolesent girl, she is very inexperienced in life and dealing with people.  Very seldomly does she travel or work with others.
