HISTORY:

Captured by a group known as the Dark Agents Rob was experimented upon for use as a weapon against his uncle, the Superhero known as Vanadion. When the experiments did not yield any enhancements the decision was made to destroy the subject via electrocution. the resulting surge of electricity turned on the genetic enhancements and after escaping from custody he began his carreer as Darkwind.

Powers / Equipment:

Enhanced human. Reflexes, senses and strength level all above human. Can see in the dark. Has the ability to emit an EMP to shut down electronic devices in immediate vicinity.

After a recent run in with the villain Upgrade, exposure to machinery has altered his powers somewhat. It remains to be seen the results of these alterations.

Weaknesses:

Extreme sensory stimuli (loud noises, bright lights) Electricity can shut down his abilities. During the experiments he was infused with an aggression gene and as such tries to keep his empotions in check which sometimes makes him look rather cold or aloof
