History:

When Michael Chip was nearing the end of his first day of collage, he was mugged on campus and had a bullet go through his head. Announced braindead on arrival by the hospital, he was shipped off to autopsy to get a confirm on the killer. But through the exchanging of hands and a transfer to a different hospital due to better MRI equipment, an inside job took place that allowed a group take the ambulance and it's passenger to a biolab owned by Megaware Inc. There he was administered a neural brain stimulant that repaired and supplemented his brain so that he regained consciousness with his memories and gross motor control completely intact as well as hyper mental processing power. He was meant to be used as a medical guinea pig for technological implants used to augment human abilities, but he didn't quite like that idea. Using his newfound technical prowess and some lab equipment lying around, he escaped into the night as a renegade superhero, a civil defender of people taken advantage off by the system and ne'er do wells.

Enhanced and supplemented brain- When Micheal took a fall off of a building, and was declared brain-dead, a nurse slipped in some cyebio neural replacement agent that rebuilt his brain to be able to process information many times faster and be able to possess an eidetic memory.

Computer Abilities: Cybiotic can use the internet to download/upload information as necessary to and from his memory or auxiliary devices, and hack into and take control of other computers and computerized systems.

Gear:

Cyebio neural interface: The key to Cybiotic's cybernetic mastery and his name sake is his cyebio neural interface device. With it he can tap into his brain and actually use it to its full potential as a computer. It is completely upgradeable and is connected to a USB hub where Qwerty draws most of his abilities from. It is connected to a visor and earpiece combo that provides him with a alternative display should the neural interface be compromised or impractical at the time. It also plays Minesweeper.

Keyboard: Strapped on his left forearm is Cybiotic's trusty keyboard. Mostly for show, but it proves invaluable when the neural interface goes kaput.

Data drive: Located on his right forearm, the data drive is an invaluable object to Cybiotic, but is nothing more than a stylish 3-port USB hub with a small display. But with it, he can augment his technological abilites with USB devices he keeps on his belt. At any given time, the arsenal may include a wifi and bluetooth receptor, a emergency flash drive, GPS receiver, Ethernet and modem devices, an MP3 player, a micro printer for hard copies of things, and a short device with a capability to knock a full grown man out on contact, at least it will when that superhero grant comes through, eventually.

Weaknesses:

Hacked!- As a computer, he could contract a computer virus that could hamper his speed and possibly immobilize him. Also, an experienced hacker could get into his system and use him as a living window into the lair and plans. Possibly, he could even be controlled against his will.

Defragmentation: Since Cybiotic runs much more processes than a normal computer does, he needs to defragment way more often than a normal user. Normally he does this while he is sleeping and it doesn't pose a problem, but failure to defragment may result in a decompilation of himself.

Warranty breakers: Cybiotic's equipment is not waterproof nor indestructable, and if magnets are placed near his head, he goes into something similar of epileptic shock and nonsensical babbling for any given period of time.

Physical ability: Although he is a master of cybernetics, Micheal is not an athlete. He has  horrible athletic ability and is of little use in a one on one fight. And he can still break a bone, get banged up, burned, shot, stabbed, poisoned, exploded, sat on,  etc. as much as the next guy.
